Transport Service For Disabled Persons of Penang (MAP) operates a "door to door" transport  can only provide service for wheelchair users around Penang Island.

We now starting with single van, which are fitted with hydraulic lifts and wheelchair restraint systems. These enable our passengers to travel comfortably and securely
without having to transfer out of their wheelchair.

The service operates from 9-5, Monday to Saturday but earlier pickups can be arranged for medical appointments.

If you need MAP transport service for the disabled and wheelchair bound, you can call this contact number 04-2281058 to make a booking request. We require at least 2 days booking notice. We always try our best to meet every request. But sometimes we just do not have enough space in the vans and have to turn down some requests. If this is the case we will try
and help you out on another day.

We charge reasonable fee for one-way trip or whole van booking. We pick you up from your house or your specified pick up point to your destination. We can also pick you up for your return trip if you wish with no obligation to do so. You can bring along one or more caregivers or family members with you and charges will be imposed on the number of them.

Although we give priority to medical-related journeys you can use the "MAP" service to
go anywhere shopping, to the bank, to a Government Department or to a friend's house.

So if you haven't been out of the house for a while why not take a trip with "MAP"!
